Driven by the global wave of green development, the rock slab hot-bent integrated basin industry is undergoing a profound green production revolution. The high energy consumption and high pollution problems existing in the traditional rock slab processing process can no longer meet the current environmental policies and consumers' green demands. Green production upgrade has become an inevitable choice for the high-quality development of the industry. Today, from raw material procurement to production and processing, and then to finished product packaging, the entire production chain of rock slab hot-bent integrated basins has integrated environmental protection concepts, achieving dual improvement in environmental protection and performance.
In the raw material link, the industry generally uses natural and environmentally friendly rock slabs as the core material. Such rock slabs are made of natural minerals such as quartz and feldspar through high-temperature sintering, which do not contain harmful substances such as formaldehyde and heavy metals, and can be recycled. To further reduce environmental impact, some enterprises have also launched recycled rock slab products. By recycling waste rock slab scraps for crushing, reshaping, and high-temperature sintering, the utilization rate of recycled materials reaches more than 70%, effectively reducing resource waste. At the same time, the auxiliary materials such as adhesives and sealants used in the production process all adopt environmentally friendly products, and the VOC (Volatile Organic Compounds) emission is reduced by 80% compared with traditional materials, controlling pollution emissions from the source.
The energy-saving optimization of production processes is the core of green transformation. The new generation of rock slab hot-bending production lines adopts intelligent temperature control systems, reducing the energy consumption per unit product by more than 30% through precise adjustment of heating temperature and time; at the same time, waste heat recovery technology is adopted to use the waste heat generated during the hot-bending process for workshop heating and hot water supply, realizing the recycling of energy. In terms of wastewater treatment, the cooling water generated during the production process can be recycled for production after filtration, sedimentation, purification and other treatments. The water reuse rate reaches 95%, almost achieving zero wastewater discharge. In addition, the upgrade of the dust treatment system has effectively solved the dust pollution problem generated during rock slab cutting and grinding. Through dust collection equipment and pulse dust removal technology, the dust collection rate reaches 99%, ensuring that the air quality in the workshop meets environmental protection standards.
Environmental protection is also emphasized in the finished product packaging and transportation links. Product packaging adopts degradable paper materials and honeycomb cardboard instead of traditional foam plastic and plastic film. Packaging waste can be naturally degraded or recycled; in terms of transportation schemes, by optimizing transportation routes and adopting container centralized transportation, carbon emissions during transportation are reduced, and carbon emissions per 1,000 kilometers of transportation are reduced by 40% compared with traditional transportation methods.
The green production upgrade has not only won policy support and market recognition for the rock slab hot-bent integrated basin industry, but also enhanced the core competitiveness of products. Today, environmental protection has become an important consideration for consumers when purchasing rock slab hot-bent integrated basins, and the market share of green products is continuously increasing. In the future, the industry will continue to increase investment in environmental protection technology research and development, explore more efficient energy-saving processes and more environmentally friendly material schemes, promote the rock slab hot-bent integrated basin industry to develop in a greener and more sustainable direction, and provide a model for the green transformation of the global bathroom industry.
